The Hive and parts. We can show you how to start out. The right way. We have many people in the club that help each other.
The Queen. In Arizona it may be a good idea to re-queen the hive at the end of the season. This is do to AHB or (bad bees).
This site is to educate people about bees and beekeeping. This is the official club site. We are a non profit Club, our goals are to educate the public about bees and help start new Beekeepers in a responsible manor. Helping the citizens of Arizona understand problems created with Africanized honey bees, and how to deal with that problem safely.     Our Club Schedule: We meet once a month at the Valley Garden Center. 1809 N. 15th Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85007. At 7:00pm on the third Thursday of the month. All are welcome.
We will have online education. This will be something I will be adding to each week.

O YES we do live in the hives. Learn on real hives and you will find out that not all of news about bees it true. They can be nice if you work them and keep them up with a good Queen.
